The parma itself was a good size, and cooked well. It had ham too which was nice, alot of places are skimping on the ham. There was a lot of topping but it tasted good, so it wasn't a hassle eating all of it. The chips were good, and I took the gravy option on my chips (bonus point for gravy). No crimes commited to chips that I could tell. The salad was quite nice and Scott ate his in record time. A fairly decent parma for a specials night! The possums were the showstoppers though, turns out they like chips.

One could argue that this parma has been made the wrong way, sauce over cheese... it's not right. But there is no denying that this is a nice parma. The sauce was a bit too generous but it tasted great. The chips were pain but nice, nothing special. Salad was near perfect. Nothing to write home about, but still enjoyable.
