Normal Price of $23 Special Available Monday & Tuesday Special Price includes soft drink Licensed Premises- Alcoholic Beverages cost extra. When this special first began, parma quality was excellent (All 5/5). however has declined to an average level in the last couple of months (regular visitor). Chip quality is good, but could be better and slightly more volume would be good- but then again I'm a big eater so possibly biased. Meat is thick and juicy, and quality of toppings are excellent- however as i have said, they're loosing business due to the decline in quality. Customer Service could also be better- wait staff are nice but not particularly professional however i believe this issue is managerial rather than the staff themselves. Increasing the price by $1.50-2 would perhaps allow the quality/quantity of ingredients and chips to return to top quality, without disappointing customers either. Bonus Points for the variety of parmas and ability to chop-and-change +generosity (relative) of your toppings, if it's listed somewhere on the menu you can add it to one of the parma types.
