This was a hard parma to judge. As my trusted sidekick pointed out, the first bite was sensational but it was followed by a certain emptiness that neither of us could properly describe. I've given a bonus point for service, free bread rolls and butter, a good selection of beers and how quick the food was served. I ordered and finished my meal before finishing my first pint, which is rare and appreciated. Having said that, the temperature of the parma wasn't as hot as I would've liked. Were the parmas pre-cooked and ready to go, thus resulting in them being warm? I guess we'll never know. The chicken itself was thick and juicy, how it should be. Quality has been given 3 points because of the temperature, which I admit is harsh given I awarded a bonus point for speediness. But hey, we're in pursuit of greatness here, so only the best will do. At the end of the day, I was hungry and this parma did the job.
