There are several milestones in a man’s life. his first day of school his first love his wedding day his 50th parma. After a few warm up beers at The Oxford Tavern down the road and having to get ourselves away from all the inner city chicks trying to get in the way of some fine parma reviewing we made it to the Newington. After a pit stop at the Petersham RSL (parma looked terrible) I had come to peace with accepting whatever parma the Newington offered. All in all extremely solid effort!! Very decent size, cooked perfectly and with a nice sauce and cheese topping. What set this apart was the pepperoni instead of the ham. The slaw salad and chips were both plentiful and delicious. I have given a bonus point for the side serving of aioli, the lemon wedge, the pepperoni and cute bar girl. Big ups to the new chef on his first day of work. Further big ups to the handsome Big Easy for accompanying me on this parma journey. It has been a hell of a ride!
