"chicken"
Staring my Sydney Parma tour a few weeks early... This parma was the only thing that could save me from my post work Xmas party hangover. This was the best parma I have had yet. Was perfectly cooked with a great amount of cheese and sauce with delightful bits of ham as well. A well placed salad with dressing which was again the best I have had yet. The chips were fantastic as well. The only slight improvements would be a tad more cheese and sauce, however, the parmette with me had a lot more cheese and sauce on hers. Overall outstanding A++ for effort and a bonus point for the great scenery / beers combo.
