"chicken"

The quality of meat was really good but my piece contained some stringy bits and cartilage bits that weren't removed properly so i cant rate it excellent. The chips were excellent very crispy and nice. The topping was interesting, at first it was really nice but after a few bites was getting harder to handle and by the end i didn't want to finish it. The flavor was unique, i felt they tried too hard on it, a giant bay leaf in there might have been a culprit. Minus point for having to dissect the parma for nasties and the over powering sauce and high price.
