"chicken"
This was an excellent parma. I went to this bar based on the one other review on parma.com.au and was exceptionally happy with the quality of every component of the parma. The tomato sugo was flavoursome, the chicken was crispy, there was plenty of cheese (maybe too much for some so ask for a little less if that's your preference), and the salad was fresh and served with a delicious dressing. The chips were a thick and flat cut style, crispy and a well sized portion. Extra bonus was the atmosphere and friendly staff, with a live acoustic three piece band on Saturday night. We will be back!
