Trying to distance myself from the pub fare I had been enjoying lately I decided it was time for another upmarket Parma. For this review it was nice and close to home on a crisp Autumn's night. This parma was legit - veal, eggplant a rich sauce and no chips on this one - but some baked potatoes. The salad was some sort of italian salsa which worked in pretty well. Its hard to compare this to the other parmas I have had lately as there was definetly no pizza eating contest at this establishment or waitresses in short denim shorts to distract Carney.
