I don't think I would've tried this parma if it wasn't on special. The non-special price?.... $39.50!!! But if you look up where Exmouth is on the map, you can probably understand that food might be pretty expensive in such a remote location. The parma itself was quite nice and the presentation was great. To be honest I didn't even touch the salad because I was so stuffed, but it looked pretty fresh. My only criticism is the sauce, needs a touch more flavour in the sauce. Other than that it was pretty awesome. Plus the outdoor restaurant was very relaxing and overlooked the pool, so the vibe just added to the awesomeness. But unless you're there on a Wednesday bring a fat wallet if you want land-food for dinner.
