Prahran Hotel

Well, this isn't the Prahran Hotel I remember, but not that that's a bad thing. The refurbished version is very impressive indeed. And when you can grab a parma for $15 in fancy surrounds, what's not to love? It's not the best parma going around but it's certainly not the worst. I was pretty happy with it, to be honest. A little bit burnt around the edges and the chicken was a bit thin. But all in all, not bad. Not bad at all.
