"chicken"
I had a Parma today at lunch and it was crumbed properly and had a great taste It was one of the best I have had in along time It had no ham but the sauce was very flavorsome I will return next time to see if the quality stays

$8 Parma on a monday, didnt think I could go wrong. There was no salad which was a bit of a let down. Chips were good, parma was decent size. The taste/texture of the crumb led me to believe it was a store-bought schnitzel from Coles or the like. The real winner at Puggs Mahones is the $8 Jugs of draught that you get on monday nights. If there is anything to wash down an $8 parma its an $8 jug.

A real-all rounder. Very good quality chicken and the sauce was fantastic. Delicious.
