"chicken"
Schnitzel was thick and still resembled a chicken breast which i think is great and a nice difference to the macerated schnitzels you see these days. the sauce was perfect and the house mix of cheese gave it the perfect amount of cheesy bite. Breat was moist and cheese melted perfectly, while more expensive than most i would happily pay it for the higher quality of ingredients

An excellent parma. Wonderful moist chicken breast with full-flavoured tomato sauce (they call it "4 hour Napoli sauce" on the menu), top quality free-range Tasmanian ham from Scottsdale and a pleasing cheese mix. Will return many times for this one...
