I've been a Friday lunch regular for a while now at the Royal Mail, however, today's parma has turned me off the venue for a long time, if not permanently. To start with, the parma finally came out after everyone else had finished their meals, the sauce (what was there) was bland and pretty much non existent, the cheese was rubbery and to top if off, the chicken wasn't even cooked!! That's right, raw chicken parma, after waiting for near 30 mins - one of the boys was onto his after lunch coffee when the parma arrived. My guess was that it was frozen chicken that was thrown into the deep frier before it had time to defrost properly and so didn't cook. Pro tip; if you can't cook chicken, don't and definitely don't serve it raw. I did get a refund on the meal after declining the offer for a replacement meal, but I still won't be in a hurry to return... I'll go back to the Atlantic.....

A great parma, crispy coating and tender chicken breast. Great selection of salad and vegies available. Meal was topped off by great service from friendly staff.
