I used to love their parma's but recently they've become disappointingly small and bland. There is more crumb coating than chicken, and the napoli sauce needs some seasoning. I have mine served with sauces, to add some extra flavour.

One of the best parmas I've had. For just $14.50, you'll get a fantastic parma that beats any restaurant-served meal, and with speedy service too. Nice thickness of breast, perfect topping and a generous amount of chips and salad. If you're looking for a place to eat in Knox, do not look past "The Irish"!!!

A good parma, but not as good as it used to be. No idea what made them load up the plate with so much salad... Considering the price though I guess you are getting what you paid for.

I will be honest, I was expecting this parma to be rubbish... But to my surprise, it wasn't. The parma was thick, but could have been larger overall. The topping was probably its only weakness - cheese wasn't top notch, couldn't taste the ham, napoli was fairly good though. I liked the chips and the salad was different but good. I am deducting a point because they need to invest in some new chairs.

I'm surprised that this parma is actually quite good. They had good consistency accross the table of 4 parmas and everyone was happy with what they got, especially for $13; which also came with a pot of Carlton Draught. Needless to say it's fantastic value for money, but that doesn't make it perfect. The chips for me were very well cooked and looked great, but really lacked any flavour. The parma was king of the plate, my only concern was that the flavour was little dominated by cheese and I could rarely taste the ham at all. Size was fantastic for lunch but I wouldn't argue if it were a little bigger. Salad wasn't sitting right with me, but wasn't bad either.

Haven't been to the Irish for a while, dropped in last night for a parma. What can i say it was better than ever, the chicken was thick succulent and juicy, it melted in your mouth, the topping was supberb, the cheese delicious. The chips and salad complimented it well too. Don't forget this comes with a free pot too. Well done Irish please don't ever change this! I'm already craving that chicken. Sorry about photo quality it was very dark.

2nd time around and just as great nice thick juciey chicken chips have improved slightly; service was great on St Patricks day and as for the salad tops realyl really great for $13.00 with a pot. Does'nt get much better.

$13 with a pot every day. This is what parmas are all about fantastic quality, size, taste, topping, cheese, chips. Salad is fine but could use more flavour that is the only problem and it comes with a free pot!

I've been going to the same place every Thursday for nearly 3 years because I've never had a better parma. Always cooked to perfection with plenty of cheese and ham and the pot of beer for free is an added bonus.

What a fantastic value Parma, $13 with a pot, great breadcrumbs and thick juicy chicken. Topping doesn't get a lot better than this.Great chips, salad average. Definetly batting above it's price range, especially when it's washed down with a pot, all for spare change.

it was a beautiful well put together parma. The ratio of crumb to breast was spot on, the chips were fresh and crunchy, the cheese was browned nicely. The salad is one of the better ones going around. I would pay more than what they are charging. Where they let themselves down was putting the parma on top of the chips.

This is a worthy parma. $13 everyday price with a pot of draught. I wouldnt say its the best parma but for the price you cant go wrong and it will fill you up. The taste is pretty good and the quality of chicken is quite good and quite thick. I have this parma very often. Choose chips and salad or vegetables. Bonus point because of the great value.
