After an hour we had to ask for our money back as there was no sight of our meal, and after going into the kitchen for a further 10 minutes the waitress finally appeared with a plate covered in oil and a small piece of beef with more oil running off of the cheese topping, and a very small selection of now very oily chips. We got our money back and went without dinner.
