While I was eating this parma I was just thinking about how amazing it was. The sauciest one I've had yet, fried in the pan if is served in. The chunkiest, tomatoe-i-est sauce, smothering absolutely perfectly cooked and juicy chicken, with plenty of leftover sauce to dip those thick beer battered chips in. The cheese was all melted and abundant and stuck to the side of the pan (I loved it). No salad (didn't bother me) but on the down side just not enough of them.
