The Cali is a bit 'hit and miss'.. you can't be guaranteed a good parma but when they get it right you know it will be good.. unfortunatley my last two were burnt around the edges so i was forced to cut around the edges. If your lucky enough to get a good parma then you will be happy to know they have great tasting topping and nice thick beer battered chips. The side salads are the best aspect of the meal.. very fresh with plently of good quality fetta cheese! Only other complaint is that parmas can only be ordered in the Beach Cafe section of the Calli so unfortunatly you cant have them in the resturant!
