I have had the Carrington on my list for sometime with pretty decent parmas at the Forresters & Norfolk I knew I was on to a good thing. The Carrington has a lot of charm and again has Kosciusko on tap. After placing my order at the price of $15 I awaited the Parmageddon. For its price this is definetly up there with a nicely cooked parma with a delicious topping and a slaw salad. The crinkle cut chips were definitely a cut above the rest. Its pretty hard to fault this parma and the gentleman in me will point out that the girl at the bar was just wearing a singlet only which was a nice touch. Come for the Parmageddon and stay for the cocktail jugs!
