I'm new to Melbourne and didn't realise what an institution the Parma is here. I've become a devoted fan. Been trying them across the city but the best so far is the one from The Collective in Elwood.Huge portion of fresh chicken, great variety of tasty toppings,generous home-made chips and a refreshing salad to cleanse the taste buds for a drink. Very impressive guys. I'll be back.
