"chicken"
I was very hesitant to try this Parma when I saw the pricetag. $25. So far every parma I've tried elsewhere that's over $20 has been utter crap. But this one was pretty damn good! Thick breast of chicken, good topping of cheese over diced bacon, and big fat chips - on the side! Someone's been reading the parma manual ;)
