"chicken"
The quality of the meat and the schnitzel used as a base for this parmi was good the cheese used was good but the sauce let the parmi down. Crimes were committed against chips when there was more then enough room to have chips next to the parmi as the salad was served in a side bowl. I don’t know what they were thinking when they sprinkled the parsley on the top -1 point.
