What an amazing experience, went here on recommendation and it certainly did not disappoint. It should rate MUCH higher than it does. The atmosphere was great, staff were brilliant, the beer was clean and cold and then came the parma. Thick, juicy, amazing napoli, fresh ham, a very nice cheese topping that was perfectly golden. The chips were crunchy and the salad dressing left us wanting more. Do yourselves a favour.

Why is this parma so highly rated? Perhaps I went on a bad day because it was deplorable. The size was ok but the chicken was of poor quality; as in something 'Birds Eye' you can get from the supermarket. The sauce was crap and clearly out of a can, no blending at all. The ham was pretty poor standard ham, nothing special. The meat was prepared ok but the ham on the top was undercooked. The cheese was of low quality too and was just plain old cheddar. Salad was crap, poor variety and the dressing didn't remotely compliment the parma. Overall the price was average, service was fine but parma was crap. Theres plenty of places near by that will do a far better parma. Head over to The Duke on La Trobe st for a parma at the same price with a pot that really delivers.

While King st isnt usually a 'classy' place to be at 10pm on a weeknight, The Exchange was a pleasant change from the surrounding strip bars named "Goldfingers" and "Dallas Dancers". While the place was clean and tidy, it was deserted (with the odd pole fitted into the wall). But to the point... This parma was a big surprise. It was genuinely flavorsome and juicy with one of the best salads i have had (as a parma side). The chips were decent but the ham and cheese topping was really spot on. It was of a decent size but the quality of the meat was well above average. If you're stranded on King St, its worth checking out to escape the rain.

Nice juicy chicken breast and tasty topping. A good example of what a parma should be and good value for $15.

Great parma, everything is Very Good, but not mind blowing. I had to deduct a point for my chicken as it was slightly undercooked which was disappointing. I loved the crumbing on the parma. I'd still eat it again! I took a photo but it looked exactly the same as the photo already here, they appear to be very consistent!

A really good size. Enough food but not TOO much so that you over eat. Came out very quickly too.

The crumbing was oily and think, leaving a bad tasting in the mouth

Overall pretty good, but the chicken was a bit tough and too thin in places. The meal was very quick to come out to the table.
