This was a hard parma to judge, made even harder by the fact I was without my trusted sidekick. First of all, what a great pub. Fantastic range of beers, including Blue Moon on tap - that's a bonus point right there - and a nice beer garden. The parma itself was pretty good. Some sort of spice/herb gave it an unusual yet tasty kick. Too much cheese and not enough bacon (although I do prefer bacon over ham) for my liking, but who am I to complain? I'd definitely recommend if you're in the area.

Aside from the Parma on the chips, this was pretty much perfect, the prosciutto in place of ham was a very nice touch, the salad was another point of difference including some crunchy red cabbage. These guys also have a nice alternative selection of beers on tap.

The Fox Parma w prosciutto, Served w chips and salad. $19 The plus1 for me, was just the sheer quality of the meat. This was a cut above, pun intended. It just melted in the mouth, felt like 5star restaurant texture instead of just good pub, and fully blew any price tag issues out of the water and then some.

The chicken had been bashed, mauled or processed as the knife cut through it like wet cardboard. Personally, I'd rather they just left it alone. The few chips were very bland.
