The Freeway Hotel

"chicken"

This was a more traditional styled parma then my last. The size was massive and cooked perfectly. A return to the classic eggplant and bacon was welcomed. The cheese could have been a bit more grilled (or so to my taste) and the salad could have perhaps used more dressing. Other than a great parma followed by some beers and delicious buck hunter action.
