"chicken"

on the lookout for a parma to ease the new years pain the nsw parma review committee (nswprc) ended up in The Rocks at a nice old timey pub called the Glenmore. the parmas came out with two good sized pieces of chicken, both home crumbed and excellently cooked with a simple and delicious chunky tomato and cheese parma topping. there was a particularly large serving of chips underneath the parma, but they were just missing something (seasoning) to get the meal into the excellent range. i loved the coleslaw as something different for the salad. i gave a bonus point for the great looking / tasting meal and my particularly handsome parma reviewing acquaintances.

"chicken"

After a pretty solid New Years effort and getting the rig out on NYD it was time to get back to business. The business of Parma reviewing under the careful supervision of the infamous Gavin "Platinum Reviewer" Mortdawg. The chicken was cooked perfectly and the sauce and cheese were melted together which made this even more delicious. There was a significant amount of chips but they needed just a little more TLC. The salad was tasty coleslaw which was a welcome change but perhaps if there was slightly more of it it would get the full points. All up a pretty good Parma that is pretty hard to fault. Bonus point for the fantastic company. The Glenmore is a great pub with apparently a sweet rooftop area that I am yet to see.
