the schnitty is $10 every night at the grand and they have a range of toppings for $6 including the parmigiana. the size was pretty disappointing, though to be expected on a cheap menu, the topping was pretty good, honeyed ham added a nice twist but arguably still not worth $6. the chips were good but not quite fresh enough, the salad was great. if i had to choose again i'd probably opt for the flathead which was great last time i went there, parma not so exciting.
