Given the previous review by no other than Gavin “Parma” Morten and a mid 70 review being pretty high on the esteemed parma critics scale I thought I should give it a shot. I have never been to the Great Northern before and was amazed how big it was. After having a beer with my mate the tiler we got down to business. All in all pretty standard schnitty which wasn’t much chop, nice and crispy topping that redeemed the schnitty nicely. The chips were pretty poor and I am not sure where the extra 50 cents I paid for salad actually ended up. It would seem the real winner here is the two for one cook your own salad Tuesdays. It also appears that they may have $3 spirits which is a recipe for awesome.

big parma, a little dry to be honest but still tasted good enough, big serving of chippies. the real highlight here was the salad bar, your choice of 6 different salads, i went with the beetroot walnut and feta and a bit of rocket and parmesan because i thought i needed some greens. not the worst parma experience but i wouldn't rush back.
