"chicken"

it had been a few weeks since my last parma but after hearing the horrible news today that labor was to be returned to government i really needed some comfort food to lift my spirits.. the kent is normally known (to me anyway) for it's sweet thursday night karaoke action but i think the kitchen deserves a mention because this parma was very solid. the chicken was a good size and was very well cooked, the napolitana sauce was rich and when combined with the ham and cheese as well as the olives from the salad was absolutely delicious. special mention goes to the kitchen for at least attempting to smarten up their salad with the inclusion of olives and beetroot. i'll give a bonus point too half for the great company i shared dinner with and half for being so close to a Cold Rock for dessert.
