The Mallow Hotel

The parma at The Mallow is one of the best in Ballarat. Pan fried schnitzel with fragrant ham (we could smell the ham before it got to the table), the sauce plentiful and with great flavour, there was enough cheese without being gluggy - all in all, the parmie was delicious with beautiful beer-battered chips and a nice salad. This gasto-pub is small and popular without being crowded, the atmosphere was great and they have a great range of artisan beers and the staff really know their stuff.
