This parma had so much potential, but unfortunately the chicken was about as thick as a pancake. You could argue there was more breadcrumbs than chicken, and, to top it off, the breadcrumbs were burnt to a crisp. On a more positive note, the chips and salad were great. But the chicken needs to be MUCH thicker and a little bit more care taken in the preparation to ensure it doesn't get burnt.
