this was an epic parma. after coming in for a very late breakfast and treating myself to a couple of excellent fish tacos for entrée i was served a massive parma, much bigger than i expected off a $10 lunch menu, the quality was great and the topping was simple but very effective. the chips were an old school crinkle cut and were delicious, i couldnt actually finish the whole serving. the salad wasnt much chop. i definitely recommend adding a bit of the hot sauce they serve with every meal to the parma (or fish tacos), it is absolutely sensational
