Awesome Parma! Nice to find a pub that takes the time to hand crumb a chicken breast instead of that processed crap i see WAY to often! Perfectly cooked, (was almost like roast chicken) with a very tasty napoli and a good amount of cheese...not swimming in cheese or able to count the indiviual grated sections. Bonus point for the quaility over all. chips were great with nice seasoning (similar to grilled, Itilaian herbs???) fresh salad and presentation on plate was 100%. will head back on a thursday to smash another! :) Good stuff!
