The menu states that this parma is served with mozzarella cheese and fresh basil, the basil turned out to be parsley and I'm almost positive that the cheese was a Kraft single. Salad and chips were good, the chips saved by the fact that they were served under a bit of dry bird. I might give them another go on Monday's $12 parma night. Also of note, is that they are currently seeking new chef/s and were a bit flat out with the steak special, maybe I just got unlucky.
