This parma was consumed after a solid session of cricket and afternoon beers and whilst there is potential for clouded judgement, the tastebuds rarely tell a lie. It was an ok parma, the chicken was real as opposed to your dodgy processed type however the flavour just didn't do it for me. I guess after nailing one of the Exchange Hotel's finest (pieces of chicken that is) only a day previous, anything I faced would likely fail to stand up to the challenge. The chips were worthy of a mention though, crispy, well seasoned and beautifully fluffy on the inside. Beers were also on the pricey side so something to be wary of. If I was there again I'd still go a parma however it's nothing to get firm over.
