The sauce is what made this parma. I would have given the topping the highest mark possible, but they over grilled it a little. But I like the topping so much I felt it was worth a bonus point. Now the chips were good but i'm a fan of the large beer batter chips which these were not. Salad was quite good as well with good variety and not too much dressing. Overall a very solid parma with a great topping, well worth it.
