"chicken"
easily best parma in thredbo. parma itself was disappointingly small but the quality was there, especially when compared to it's only rival parma in Thredbo i could find The Pub. great serving of chips and a nice salad to go with it. i'd almost take off a point for the parma only being available after 330pm, but the River Inn redeems itself with (relatively) cheap steins, and particularly handsome company
