Discretion is advised*** Friday arvo, it's been a long week, and all I want to do is nestle into a good-looking bird. For $15 at the Sandy Hotel, I thought Christmas had come early. And initially it had - the first bite was brilliant. Thick chicken with good spread of ham, cheese and sauce. Already I'm thinking 4-5 points for quality of meat - a great start. But no... a few bites later and I feel an almighty resistance from the bird, shaking me to my core. What could it be? My suspicions were confirmed... BONE. A real shame. Cautiously, I removed the bone and carried on eating my parma, disappointed by the whole experience. The only reason quality of meat received 2 points was because my trusted sidekick was treated to a flawless piece of chicken, so I can only hope and assume I was the one-in-a-million unlucky one.

The location was great, overlooking the bay on a sunny day with a frosty treat (beer) what could be better than a parma. $22 was a bit much but it was a good size and tasted good as well. Chips were very good and so was the salad (but toooo much dressing). Overall not bad but wouldn't rush back.

Excellent parma at this nice spot overlooking the bay. Napoli sauce tasty and fresh with real onion. Good crumbing and I liked the way the cheese had burnt onto the top of the parma. High quality chips as well.
