There's a parma in every pub in Darwin, this is one of the better priced ones but the quality suffers a little bit in my opinion. The chicken itself was excellent, tender, juicy, tasty tomato sauce, cheese melted to perfection. But there was no ham or bacon or any other toppings besides the sauce & cheese. The chips were crinkle-cut McCains. Not quite as crispy as I like, but they did the job. They were 'neath the chicken and could probably have done with a couple more. I know you don't make friends with salad, and this salad was definitely Nigel-No-Friends. No dressing, too much bitterness, and really detracted from the flavour of the chicken. Took a couple of bites and then had to steer clear of it. The atmosphere at the pub itself is quite nice. Alfresco, plenty to look at, nice cool breeze blows through, and central to any Darwin pub crawl. Beers are a bit pricey compared to the Cav, but it's mainly about convenience and location here.
