I was in Richmond for a week of holidays, so teed up lunch with my friend here at the Terminus Hotel. It's a pub we've missed in the past, so it was good to finally get in there and check out the quality of their parma. The parmas came out pretty quickly, perhaps within fifteen or twenty minutes, not surprising when us three were the only patrons on a quiet Monday lunchtime. The parma was great! The chicken was of good quality, and a fairly decent size (only obscenely large pieces of chicken breast get the "5" rating on my scale), the crumbing very crunchy as well. The crumbing was cooked perfectly, no traces of overcooking here. The topping was great! The Napoli sauce was flavourful and the cheese of good quality. The cheese was toasted 'just right' as well - props to the chef as it's a VERY fine line between browning the cheese and burning it.The ham under the cheese was good as well. The chips were very very good as well, and we were provided with a large serve. I didn't finish the chips! There was no salad served with the parma, instead, coleslaw was dished up. The coleslaw was ok... nothing special to write home about. It rates a solid 2 out of three in my books. I gave this parma a bonus point because of the attention to detail the chef gave to the parma. It's not everyday that you get to eat a parma that's this well made. This parma is slightly on the expensive side, but make no mistake, it's a very high quality parma. Hard to imagine how the parma can be improved... perhaps providing a 'salad' option for people who don't like coleslaw? I'm just nitpicking here, though. This parma is well worth trying the next time you're in the Richmond area and have a craving for a parma.

went for the tuesday $2 pots and $10 parmas and chose the original think there was a few otheres you can choose from!was pretty happy with it! nice chips and good quality crumbed chicken breast! hard to complain when its only $10! recommend if your in the area on a tuesday!
