Sweet Jesus I salivate like Pavlov's dogs at the thought of this Parma!!! It comes from heaven. Juicy thick chicken, herb hand crusted, a delectable sauce that's not just tomato, must be red capsicum or something... Swiss cheese and torn fresh basil. Fat moist on inside, crisp on outside chips, fresh crisp salad. Lovely venue also, and service. Even nice wine. We stumbled upon this place by chance - and it is incredible. Best Parma in the world hands down!!

Overall not a bad parma, however lost a point for being stingy with cheese (just three small blobs meant that most of the parma was cheeseless). Great size though, don't go there on a full stomach.

Classic home made parma. The closest i've come to tasting a home style parma in the social atmosphere of a pub. Huge delicious chicken, looks like they've crumbed it themselves, topped with home made sauce. None of this pre-made stuff here! Also the parma appeared to be baked not deep fried. The only problem was for some reason the parma tasted "sweet". I don't know if it was the sauce or some herbs they'd added to the crumbing, but something was a little sugary in there. My 3 mates dissagreed, so it may have just been my meal, but more then likely they have no sense of taste. This is the only thing stopping the parma getting full marks!
