"chicken"
This was one of if not the nicest Parma I have had this year . It was a perfectly cooked thick breast of the bird which was presented by itself on a large plate. The sides were served in individual bowls so one has the option of either pouring the contents onto the plate or leaving in the bowl . I poured the salad (which had an excellent aoili dressing) next to the meat and left the shoestring fries in the bowl
