Innovative flavour combinations. No ham, but not missed due to the exceptional sauce & choice of cheese. Large yummy bread crumbs pan fried then finished off in the oven. Perpare yourself - NO CHIPS - but they were not missed the potatoe surprise was a fitting replacement. Served with a $8 bottle of Lambrusco - a lovely surprise and unexpectedly good parma
