"chicken"

while this may not have been the most aesthetically pleasing parma, it certainly was filling and just what i needed on a very dusty sunday morning in newtown. the chicken was thin but well cooked and good quality, and the (im guessing) mozzarella cheese and tomato topping was delicious. the townie gets a bonus point because the chef gave me a double schnitty, and while this left me feeling grossly full for the rest of the day you just cant argue with 2 schnitzels
