Cracking parma from this quiet little suburban bar. On presentation this baby looked delicious and as I tucked in it became apparent that my eyes were not deceiving me. Succulent tender breast, golden crumb, tasty Napoli and the hero of the dish, BACON! Lovely rashers of salty bacon atop this masterpiece set the taste buds alight. I am officially declaring myself as a bacon on parma fan. The chips, or rather French fries were ok and accompanying a burger would be fine, but for me a parma needs to be served alongside thick cut crispy chips. The salad was a bit meh and didn't add much to the plate but the chicken was the real winner here. Would eat again, but may request chips as the side instead next time...

I love the use of bacon instead of ham - beautiful! The serve was very impressive, I couldn't finish it all. Best parma I've had!
