Waratah Hotel

The Waratah Hotel of Mudgee has a Chines bistro out the back that also serves a selection of normal pub food. I wasn't expecting much from their parma but it was surprisingly decent. Could've used a bit more tomato and cheese topping but otherwise edible and somewhat enjoyable. Did put the snitty on the chips and the slad was a bit outrageous and took over more of the plate than it should've.
