"chicken"
The whole thing was freshly made. The only thing is, the chicken was herbed, not breaded. The venue never actually called it a parma, so i guess they can get away with that. They called it the "Italian Chicken" and the smoked bacon that came with it was to die for! The chicken was free range, the bacon was locally smoked, the sauce was house made. Tip top.
